Refund & Cancellation Terms
We generally take 15%-25% of the Tour Fee when booking is confirmed. Rest is paid one month before Trip Date.
In case of a Cancellation of a Trip, below Refund method will be followed.
# If a Confirmed Trip is cancelled by guest more than 60days before Tour Date, he will get 75% of the Paid Amount Back.
# If a Trip is Cancelled by Guest under 60days of Tour Date, he will not get any money Back.
# If a Trip is Cancelled by BirdingBD Tours without any valid reason, Entire Paid fee will be returned.
Valid Reason’s include War, Severe Political Unrest like Curfew, Cancellation by Houseboat Company etc.
