Padma Riverbed Grassland Birding Looking for Vulnarable Bristled Grassbirds, Bush Warblers, Red-necked Falcons - April & May
This is a Unique Trip only Available during April & May in Bangladesh. Consists of Birdwatching under scorching sun on few Riverbeds & Islands of Padma River in Central Bangladesh, On Foot & On Board an Engine Boat. Prime Targets are the Globally Vulnerable Bristled Grassbird, Recently Split & Skulker West Himalayan Bush Warbler (April only), Near Threatened Red-necked Falcon along with other commoners like Baikal Bush Warbler, White-tailed Stonechat, Yellow-wattled Lapwing, Indian Spot-billed Duck, Streaked Weaver etc. Occasional Rarities include Indian Skimmers, Syke’s Nightjar. Mammals like Ganges River Dolphin, Fishing Cat & Smooth Coated Otter are also possible to spot. Interesting Culture & Livelihood of people of this area will also be experienced.
